Having a seperate topic is more useful for members interested in specific software/tools.
Also when it comes to group buys, easier to manage in separate topic.

agree .. i think apart from group buy , rest of the software /sub deals can be posted here. starting thread for each software/sub deals would be waste of space , imo. I do agree for major software/group buys/subscription , it would be worth each individual thread.

Has to be. Unknown anti-malware engine and there are some reddit threads complaining about false positives as well.
