I’m planning to get either the Sony XM4 or XM5 headphones during the ongoing sale.
If anyone is using either of these, I’d love to hear your review. Also, if there’s a better option available under 25K, I’m open to suggestions.
Bose Qc 45 for better mic and long usage comfort. ANC is almost same as XM4/5

XM5 was not at all comfortable for me.. the ears kept getting warm/heated. However i think there build quality is slightly better.

The current model is simply called QuietComfort. I had purchased it earlier in the year when it was available for 16.5k and have no complaints for that price. If I were to nitpick, the codec support and battery life are the primary cons. However, it is much more comfortable than any headphone in XM series.

I’m using buds with earmuffs on top. Earbuds could be wired to keep the costs lower
The clamping force of xm4, xm5 is 0.8 to 1lb

) have a clamping force close to twice that. And it shows with how well the higher frequencies are toned down. You get used to the clamping force after a while. Having the volume halved is great.
using xm3 going great, you should consider xm4 more for the portability. could not find a major upgrade from xm3 to xm4 so im still at it. still amazing.
