Need to get my Mom a Microwave as her 28L Samsung (Model: CE1041DFB/ XTL) finally bit the dust after probably 15 years of using (body rusted and causing internal sparks if used).
She mainly needs it for warming food and making her egg poaches in the morning. I was thinking about getting this one from Samsung:

A relative of mine is using the above Microwave and it’s working well for the last year. Also, Samsung has pretty solid service in Kolkata so if she runs into any problems they are a call away.
Any other good recommendations from other brands are welcome as well. Kindly put in your suggestions.
Have you considered solo microwaves ? The usage you mentioned doesn’t seem to need a convection microwave. Also my experience with touchpad microwave is bad. Start and Stop button on my touch microwave stopped working within 3 years because those two were most used although it can be fixed by replacing the touchpad but the other microwave with mechanical buttons is working good even after 6 years but your mileage may very.
I just bought LG 32l charcoal convection oven and i love it. It heats food faster than my previous Samsung one. I read that the Samsung oven’s ceramic coating causes it to be slower. What took 3 minutes to heat on Samsung takes 2 minutes to heat on LG.
Why spend so much for heating/Microwaving and Poaching ?
I picked up Solo Microwave Oven, MS23J5133AG 23L Ceramic Enamel Cavity for 4800/ from Samsung on 18 Sept
Already has same on in house for heating and micrwaving so bought another
