Suggest Toner for Brother DCP-L2540DW Laser Printer - Original / 3rd Party / Refill / DIY ?

I have the Brother DCP-L2540DW series black and white laser printer. The original toner that came with it seems to be near its end of life since I got the “Replace Toner” message. It had printed 1750 odd pages till now.
Now I need to buy a new toner, what are the best options? I want to make sure I don’t select an option that causes any physical damage to my printer.

On amazon, I found original toner selling for pricey Rs. 2500

Or should I get original one refilled? If yes then where because I am not sure who does that. Neighborhood xerox person? I am located in Borivali, Mumbai if anyone has any pointers.

Or is it a DIY refill? I saw one video on youtube and seemed simple to refill the powder. But not sure what powder to get.

What do you guys suggest?

For now for refilled for Rs. 200 from Xerox shop. Also seems it was premature to do and I could have probably extracted 100-200 pages more with older toner powder.
