I can spend upto 20k. I have been using basic no brand chairs my whole life, but recently I started experiencing back pain so I am looking for an ergo chair to hopefully fix the issue.

Featherlite has some good options
Please get this checked with a spine specialist. Speaking from experience, these things should not be ignored. At worst, you will spend some money to find out it’s nothing.

This. I once started experiencing random headaches for several days. Most would pop a Saridon and brush it off. I followed my gut and went to a neurologist. It turned out to be a life-threatening brain abscess, and I needed immediate brain surgery.

I suggest visiting a Featherlite showroom to try out different options. Around 20k , the Featherlite Liberate or Helix are good choices.

Used Featherlite for like a Decade, but moved to a gaming chair (Greensoul Monster) during the pandemic, the experience I get on the gaming chair is a ton times better then what I get on office chairs.
Make sure to select models according to your height and weight.
I have been using the Greensoul Jupiter Superb since about 1.5 years and it hasn’t given me any major problems yet. The seat can get a little wonky so the screws need to be tightened from time to time but that is mostly because I am a heavy guy and most chairs in this price range don’t last this long for me so I pretty grateful that this has been going strong, plus they offer free replacements till 3 years.
If you observe carefully, you’ll find they all have different names.
That’s it really.

I am using Featherlite Helix, it is damn good, 5 years and counting on. Earlier I cheaped out on chair and experience was very bad.

Would suggest the greensoul monster gaming chair, been using for like 3 yrs now, feels all good.
Neck pain is common after 6-7hrs of gaming, but that’s absolutely normal for such long sessions.

It’s pretty good… it has cushioning not mesh so not very “breathable” that’s the only minor nitpick I have… but seems solid enough for me.
