Daily one or the other facing the problem for Win XP Driver, Every Brand Notebook coming with Vista, many are using WinXP. So, I started this thread, TE Certified.
Someone should start, whether the problem is solved or not, but presenting the problem is not harm.
lord…TE certied…what number of indian population can afford that lol…here we have a fatwa on users using generic psu’s…and intel built-in gfx cards…and that rules out…90% of indian pc’s…
To go for a particular OS or software is upto the end user to decide. What members @ TE do is to explain the pros and cons of each OS. The same goes for software as well.
If you meant you are facing driver problems with XP then it should really be a rare case. Most of the hardware devices except a few legacy devices have problems with XP. Even Vista has come a long way with drivers. Just a few printer manufacturers had been slow in releasing Vista drivers.
So release error message thread where users post errors and whether they are rectified would be an utter waste of time. The manufacturers already mention it the release notes.
If you have a device/hardware specific query, then you are free to post in the appropriate sub section.
Edit: If you meant TE should post the list of hardware compatible with a particular OS i.e certify it, then that is already done by Microsoft.
Typical Saturday afternoon, got bored, :), but seriously I would like to know what the OP is trying to convey. Then I will put a bigger essay for peeps .
