Techpowerup(link) shows this has a dram cache but I couldn’t find it in the product specs.

i have the gen5 version of this , 260s pretty decent ssd, also you need heatsink for the gen 5 ones.

You should worry more about who is going to provide reliable after sales support for this in India.

Kaizen is good but assuming transcend keep enough stock to give reasonably fast replacement because there are now examples of brands taking months for replacement of heavily in-demand products like memory & ssd due to non-availability of stock here.
