I am looking to buy a system for the Animation purpose. But the cost is the mail constraint:
Need to be as cheap as possible..in terms of cost. do not want to compromise a lot on the requirements..so will be buying just what requirements demand.
Need a balanced rigā¦so please let the suggestions flow in..

CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo.
Motherboard - Gigabyte 790GXBE, 780G based cheaper options.
GPU - NVidia 9500-9600, not sure (If oing for gpu.. will invest in cheapest AM2+ board available)
RAM - 2x 2GB 800MHz either Transcend.
HDD - 250GB Seagate 7200.12

One of my frnd stated that Processor is IMP, but Core 2 Duo can also fulfill my purpose and only thing I need to go around in āRAM, GPU and Power supplyā.
I agree that Quad core is better than Dual or Core 2 duo, anytime. But **I may go for Dual or Core 2 Duo. Suggest me the better among this two. **
Also with the processor mentioned, Please suggest me few more compatible motherboards.
For the PSU, if one could suggest me some higher power rating PSU, I ll be oblidged. :), like what about Corsair Vx450 ??. Anyone please let me know the prices also.
For GPU front, what about **QUADRO FX 580 @95-9600, GTS 250 1 GB @ 85-8600 or HD4200 IGP **. I can spend more on GPU. :)..
PLease suggest me the **Cabinet with some good cooling **also.
I know this may cost a little more, but as I am looking for DVDWriter, Monitor, Speaker etc.., I can shed few more bugs on the complete processing unit.
hey its gud that you dont need a dvd-rw
now you con go for cooler master elite 310 case (very nice and cool).-rs 1550
and psu you can go for fsp 350w around 1.2k.
as for the cpu x4 635 is overprices so you should go for x4 630 -5200 or xw 620 - 4800 depending on your budget . also spend 1 k more to get better screen 20" dell full hd 6.5k much better option .

5670 is slower but has dx11 . its your choice but if i ws in your shoes i wd hv gone for 4770 !

No frnd, I mean that it gives the almost same not exactly same. Also with a good GPU I can overcome the shortcomings of processor.
. How about the NVidia GT 200 series. Also DO I need two HD4770 in Cross Fire mode.

for 3d work i suggest you go in for64 bit of windows so that you have zero memory problemsā¦ans also you can pile in more ram thus more polys
2 gb of ram for 3d works is plain naiviety
