Hello All,
I got an power adapter with the following specs
Input - 110 V-240 V ~ 50/60 Hz 0.8A
Output - 12V 1.5A
It has US plug system.
If I get it connected to Indian plug with International socket or via a plug adapter, will it work?
Let me know please.

As long as it takes 230/240 volts then it should be fine I suppose, can’t remember what the ac frequency is but 60 sounds right. Electrical/electronic majors can pitch in here for more details. My gaming rig psu is also an American plug, never had any issues with it using a 100₹ adapter.

It will be fine.
India has 230V at 50Hz which falls within the specifications of the plug.
For the most part, modern consumer electrical appliances work across different domestic electricity standards.
I too have had multiple devices from the US which worked/charged fine in Indian socket.
Thanks for all your inputs.
Will try it out today.
It says 110-240v & 50/60hz so it means it can be used everywhere.
It worked without any troubles.
