planning to take an asus 520gu from medihome.in
wanted ti know few things befor taking
does it support NAS for http downlading and for torrent downloading
if not which router do u guys suggets for same or higher range 
Of course it does. And it works very well for torrent downloads, even though it cannot practically handle too many simultaneous downloads. NAS though is on the slower side, but very effective given the low price. I used it for sometime as a torrent downloader, but finally changed the setup at home and now use it as a wireless bridge.
I also have the ASUS WL-500g Premium V2 which is way better in terms of capabilities for both torents and NAS, but importing it via KMD will cost you almost 5.5k.
P.S : If you wait for one more week, you will see my “for sale” post putting up both the modded ASUS WL-500g Premium V2 and the modded Asus 520gu as Im moving to a N network at home. Already got all the N gear !!!
