Looking for a 7” to 9” LCD panel to use as sensor displays inside the cabinet. Can find many options on aliexpress but none local or online that are reasonably priced. Any suggestions are welcome please.

Sort of, but without the touch capabilities.
This ? resolution shouldn’t be an issue for a sensor panel.
Cost effective but has its own os running and own programming tools for ui elements. May or may not be useable depending on how you want to integrate it.
