I dont mind people posting good deals that are international occasionally but honestly if we start posting US stuff around black friday this will get crowded fast and wont be of much use to most people here.

There is group on FB. They bring stuff from us to india. For some small charge. Check it out
Even a GO will kill the deal. The difference between us and india price is 4k. Import duty and shipping will make that diff negligible.
Hence it is useful for someone who has someone to bring it in hand.

Yes. actually most US prices dont have tax added to it. So once you go to checkout. The reality hits hard even 8% tax is enough to kill the deal .
and the way dollar rate has gone up.
Ab toh US se import karna apne desh se gadari karna jaisa feeling ata hai. ( it feels like being a traitor to import goods from USA when price is so close now due to dollar rate)

40% import taxes for broken roads, poor education, toxic environment and for their villas. we will need to pay them. it always reminds that we are not free.

Its fine. each one to his / her own. I was stubborn too earlier, But i saw it as a HUGE market place. You need not give real DOB etc while signing up for FB. But each one’s choice.
Earlier we used to get lot of stuff bulk shipped. Once US tariff and trade restctions are eased. It would be great to do bulk orders again. If there are any groups still running i would like to join them.
