bargain hard as you can i did not order it online all by myself but i did it in a store near my place(prodigy computers)i paid to them and they shipped it from dell

when you are bargaining he will convince you by saying that he would include shipping and taxes in the price he offers

but you dont stop there ask him hard include some more goodies such as a sound blaster or a belkin bag

i think you’d get better deals if you deal with a dell employee directly not like me:(

my parents did not agree to transact online so paid it through a store
