Whey and creatine are enough for 99% of gymmers.
In addition I take Vitamins B, C, E tablets, and a calcium + D3 tablet everyday to make sure Iām getting those - since my diet is mostly chicken and eggs with a bit of veggies here and there.
Omega-3 supp are important as you wont get enough from food.
Who is this āTrustifiedā Company? Not much info about them on their Website or elsewhere on the Web.
It started as a YouTube channel that tested protein powders independently and published results.

Bruh. Anyone in India looking to buy legit protein powders knows him as he was only one testing these products consistently for years. There is no special methodology, he send all the samples to Eurofin, a company utilized by many brands for testing. You can do it urself, it cost something like 10K-20K for protein sample testing. He is doing it now for commercial testing & offer certifications.

And to add to that, you donāt even need to take our word for it.
On their YT channel, they go through their methodology and reports for every product they test.
You can check them out and verify it for yourself.
They also show these reports including the batch numbers tested and the Report IDs.
You can note down the Report ID and confirm itās authenticity directly with Eurofins.
I get nasty burps so I donāt take
take it before food, one of the better ways to take

I have tried their Whey Isolate (unflavoured).
Has no taste and no after taste, as intended.
Easily mixed with any fruit or flavored shake, or taken bare.
That said, i found it more expensive than some of its competitors in terms of protein/unit cost, so Iāve since moved on to Musclenectar.
They do have the highest protein per scoop though. So if someone is looking to maximise that, itād be a good choice.
Musclenectar also makes Omega 3 which is trustified certified.
They infuse it with citrus/lemon flavors.
Been taking it for a couple on months now with food. Burps are rare, but when they do occur, they are lemon-y, not fishy.
Maybe you could try it out and see if it works for you.
Or you could give some of those veg omega 3s a shot. No idea how they taste/smell, but they definitely shouldnāt be fishy.

Regarding Cod Liver Oil Capsules. Cod is fished in the Atlantic, most caught fish in the UK.
Seven Seaās company was established in 1935 in the UK. Seven Seaās is the de-dacto standard when it comes to Cod Liver Oil, everything else is just imitation.

Well your post could have been misconstructed in the context of the conversation considering Seven Seas markets their Cod Liver Oil mostly as an Omega 3 supplement.

I live in Goa and when the fishing season starts around October you can buy 20 Mackerelās for around 100 rupees!
That time I dont take any capsules, best to get it direct from the source!
