Bought 2 kg for 5900 flavored isolaste

Never buy protein from Amazon. Big risk of receiving adulterated powder. Always buy from the manufacturer’s own website or trusted local dealer.

The seller is the brand themself

I haven’t.
I’m mostly buying Musclenectar for now because I get protein, omega 3 and creatine all from them.
This way it’s easier for me to coalesce my monthly orders.

TIL something like this exists!
Kaafi expensive though.
Ghar bik jaayega isko lete lete haha.

Then it must be fine. I’d still prefer buying straight from the source

Online 12k ka hai. 9k mein aa jata hai offline. Still expensive only

Trustified shop page is easier to look at products.

https://shop.trustified.co.in/

I use magnesium glycinate, psyllium husk, l-theanine, L-citruline, creatine, melatonin rarely if I have to fix sleep schedule.

That is true.
But the problem with it is that it only lists products/companies which have a referral agreement with Trustified.
So it misses a bunch of them.

The main website however lists everything.

Guys, a question for everyone.

What was your thinking behind selecting the brand? I bought a GNC creatine (blueberry) by mistake and am wondering if I should take it or throw it away.

My current supplements:
Shilajit - Rasayanam
Creatine - Isopure
Multivit - A-Z, Centrum
Magnesium - HealthyHey

Vitamin D3 - 60000 IU per month (D-rise)
Collagen - Just starting, Ordered Isopure and Sports Research

Do any of you take collagen? When I took a full scoop of Isopure, my knees started to hurt. Even with smaller amounts, I get a strange feeling in my body (as if all parts are getting filled with something).

Since it is a protein, I am assuming it will feel similar to a meal but this was a little different.

Could you guys share your experiences? I have tried HealthyHey, Isopure and sports research.

Primarily just D3 and whey protein powder, though I do take omega 3 supplement and vitamin E from time to time just not consistently.

MBBS doctor here and somewhat into fitness so this is kinda my field.

i take whey protein, used to take ON for the longest time now i’ve switched to trunativ.

dr’s best magnesium (expensive but worth it), omega 3 when i remember to take them, cos i do somewhat get fishy aftertaste/burps with them. last i used was aceblend omega 3.

i eat home food and at least 3 eggs daily and chicken every other day if not daily, so i dont take multivitamin.

i still get my d3 and b12 levels checked along with other blood tests every 6-8 months

recently bought collagen as well, will update after few days of usage

May I know when do you take supplements like morning, evening does it matter?

Also, can we take omega 3 and B12 supplements at once can you tell how you do it .

timing doesnt matter that much, except if and when you take vitamin d3 should be taken after food, magnesium preferably at night. b12 prefer sublingual. still advisable to spread in morning/evening time so that one doesnt interfere with the absorption of other. its rarely seen in such supplements but more in iron and calcium.

you should take magnesium for a month before starting vitamin d3 as d3 uses magnesium

rather than daily vitamin d3 supplements, get it tested and if its very low then one injection of 6 lakh IU or weekly 60,000 IU oral supplementation for 2 months is recommended

Have been using inlife’s vegan vitamin d3 + k2 capsules for over 3 months now and my levels have almost tripled from 15 to 50. I take a single capsule with the largest meal of the day or with milk and try to get atleast 15 minutes of sun exposure everyday.
