Why do I've to restart my Mobile to get 5G signal? ( Realme, Jio)

Hello All,
I have been thinking to ask this since quite some time.

Often is the case that my mobile will switch to 4G+ from 5G. That is maybe signal bars are not so strong . So I understand but when I restart my mobile . it is 90% case that it will again catch 5G.

Why is that so ? Any issue with my mobile?
because everything else seems to be working fine.
I have not noticed same thing with Airtel though but hardly use it so hard to say.

IPhone does it for saving power. There is an option in settings to change it. I don’t know about Android. Maybe the cell providers fall back to 4G when signal is poor.

Yes, Android does have the option to disable this. But this seems like a coverage issue.
