Didn’t expect people to still miss it this much. Do you think it could work today?
No, because they will call it Co-Pilot 365 AI phone and it will be an underpowered hardware from 2020 because why do you need hardware when you have AI!

Microsoft’s ability to squander success will never stop amazing me. This was the closest we got to having a third competitor in the smartphone market.
Windowsphone had charm and character in a unique way that has gotten rare especially in recent years.

Why do people even bother creating petitions on change.org? Apart from generating publicity it has no standing at all.
Creating a new OS has never been a problem. Getting developers to create apps is a different problem altogether without the users, which is a vicious circle.
