Looking to buy a 7800XT/4070 class GPU for gaming. 16GB VRAM minimum. Nvidia is fine as well.
Targeting ~40FPS at 4K with upscaling. Don’t need RT. Won’t be playing the very latest (read: unoptimised) games.

Yep saw this post but don’t want to spend that much. At that price might as well buy a 9070xt
