I ordered yesterday evening anf got awb details within 15 minutes. Yesterday was Sunday. I doubt it was physically despatched.

Had a chat with the seller.. he assured me of products originality.. and if by chance I get fake battery then he will screw his supplier and issue me refund :slight_smile:

Had chat with seller on phone right now.. he acknowledged that there might be some problem with the current stock, so advised me, not to accept the courier..

Did u get the powerBank. I have not received mine.and ebay policies say that u will not get refund if u refuse delivery. I have been in same dilemma before. Ebay would just see tracking and shipment on courier web page and close the claim.

Best option is to accept delivery and file ebay guarantee.

I received it today.. Declined it straightaway.. After that I got a call from seller that he will issue refund.. and also requested not to leave negative feedback.. Well I have been using eBay since 2008, never had any issue.. eBay staff is supportive and you always have the power of feedback.. If seller tries to act smart, just file a complaint along with a negative feedback, and eBay screws seller’s eCommerce career :face_with_tongue:
