ZTE F50 5G owners?

Hi guys,

Just looking for fellow owners here. Its quite a quirky device. It refused to connect to 5G on jio initially. Called jio care they did something and it connected to 5G but wasn’t working so had to manually set the APN. None of these issues on Airtel.

Also if I lock it to the 78 band for jio, it doesnt seem to get enough power when connected to laptop via USB so it keeps rebooting.

Some devices trigger 5G ban on your mobile number. In that case, you have to put that sim in a safe 5G capable mobile phone like iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc and call their helpline. Then tell them 5G is not working. They will promptly enable it from their end.
