Well friends, so I got promoted last week and decided to give myself a pretty gift 
I’ve been using Sony Ericsson W-830i cell for almost 2 years now. It has served me very well and it is one rugged snob. Anyways, my current profile requires me to have a smart phone as I’m in direct touch with customer, solution consultants, field engineers and customer managers almost 24x7 so my hunt begins last week.
My last 3 phones have been Sony-Ericsson so was inclined to give Nokia / Samsung / HTC a chance this time. Ofcourse my initial though was iPhone, however, 30+ k is not what I intended to spend. After much thought, reviews scanning & watching 100s youtube videos, I decided to buy one from the following: -
1) HTC Magic (android based, available with Airtel for 29k)
2) Nokia E71 ( available via eBay for 16K after coupon )
3) Samsung Jet (for 21.5 K)
What make Samsung Jet stand out of competition is a potent 800Mhz CPU, 480 x 800 pixels AMOLED resistive touchscreen, 3.5 mm audio-jack, 5 MP 2592 x 1944 pixels, autofocus camera.
