Here are mine is shifted to these recently didn't knew they would have this much of an impact:

✅ Everything (Windows OS) – This app has revolutionized my file search! It indexes filenames instead of content, making it lightning-fast. I can find any file or folder in a snap, and it’s completely free.

On android , if you're into automation then Tasker ( steep learning curve ) or Automate ( relatively easy to use ) are life changers .

I have automated every mundane task from updates from google play and fdroid to ringing my phone when certain sms is sent

I’ve used something similar to Tasker/Automate with IFTTT (If This Then That).:D
