1 BHK on Rent in Aundh Pune

Hello All,

I'm looking for a 1 BHK flat in Aundh. There are pretty large number of housing societies, but I'm afraid that i don't want a broker (have just spent a lot on brokerage 1 month back but the current flat is not meeting my requirements now )..its 1 room only)

Now on the lookout for 1BHK. Not looking for staying with room mates option currently.
Any one has any idea or clue if any flat is getting vacant, I will appreciate his/her response.

Me too wants a 1BHK in same area of Aundh, need it from 1 st NOV onwards, currently staying in 1BHK with 2 roomies but the flat is only ok for bachelors and not for family people.

You can look at the flat i currently stay, although it is not very good still you can check it out. Remember there is no wired internet connection in my lane.

Guys if anyone here does have any leads or any reliable broker numbers who can provide 1BHK flats in Aundh area, it will be much appreciated. I want to move in by november first week. I have gathered few broker numbers but have not contacted them because i have been told not to do that until this friday due to on going shradh period.

@ Raksrules: no actually a guy from our company only is leaving in couple of weeks so we will be taking that one
