Storage Solutions 1 TB internal HDD

Hi every one ,need your hep for choosing an Internal HDD

My worry : Will my OLD Mother board support a new HDD ?! My Mobo is >> ASUS P5QC

Reason for buying: My Internal HDD is filled , need more more memory.

Budget : coast of a good HDD

Why not going with external HDD : there is no USB 3 port on MOBO, and price is higher compared to internal .

Please suggest a model
