0-20k 10 inch Netbook below 15k

Hello friends,

My friend want to buy a 10inch netbook. His budget is max 15k and will be happy if he gets one below 15k.

Mainly for small presentations he will give.
It should be sturdy.
Decent Screen.
Good after sales service.
No heating issues.
HDMI out if possible. (Might want to connect it to a projector using HDMI)
