14" laptop buying advice

Hi All,

I am planning to buy a 14" laptop in the coming 1-2 weeks. Following are my configuration requirements and usage criteria.

Configuration Requirements: (Cannot change any of them)
--------------------------
1. 14" screen (13.3 is also okay)
2. i5 processor
3. >=6 GB RAM
4. >= 500 GB HDD
5. Very good Keyboard
6. Windows 7 64bit OS with XP mode

Usage:
-------
1. This is for an application intensive project. The budget is 65K max.

I have shortlisted a few models.
1. Sony VAIO C Series VPCCA35FN Laptop
2. Lenovo Thinkpad E420
3. Dell 14R
4. Dell Vostro 3350
5. Toshiba Satellite C640-X4012

Your expert opinion on the above is welcome and also your suggestions on alternatives.

True. But the base model is about 66K without O/S. So I am little concerned about it. How is Dell Inspiron 14R?

I couldn't find many reviews on it at least on the i5 models.
