0-20k 14inch Budget Laptop with i3/2gb/320gb in <= 22k

Hello folks,

Need to buy a laptop for my sis.
Her budget is 20k which can be extended to max 22k (+- 2k is SSD is there)

Basic usage is surfing, playing HD movies, office work on MS Office & li'l bit casual gaming.
Size should be 13-14 inches.

I think Core i3 2nd gen will be good as CPU & 2gb Ram will be enough for Win 7.
Hdd size doesn't matter since I use External HDD.

I have searched others post & found out Asus X54C-SX454D 2nd Gen Ci3 Laptop (Black) @24285 at Cost to Cost in Nehru Place, cheapest :D.
But its 15.6 inch, uncomfortable when you want something portable.
Budget is max 22k (+- 2k if there is any SSD, even if 32/64gb)

Other suggestions are welcomed...!!

I tried to buy, but could not find any good lappy in this range.
So ended up in buying MMX Canvas HD instead :D
Will buy core i3 3rd gen one after months when Haswell powered products will be launched.

But how reliable is Fujitsu brand, I doubted them so pass this deal.
