Monitors 17" wide screen or 19" lcd

Hey I am confused between a 17" wide screen lcd and a 19" lcd. I can streach my budget upto 12k max. I inquired and found that a 17" w viewsonic costs around 9250/Rs in navi mumbai(will be cheaper in lamington from where i plan to buy) and a 19" costs 13K

My requirements are

max 5ms response time
option to connect to upto 2 pc

Please help
