PC Peripherals 19' Crt

I want a 19' true flat CRT monitor. Btw Samsung, LG, Viewsonic which will be the cheapest( with no compromise on reliability) and also how good is Acer or Hyundai ??
Can anybody give me the approx prices for these ??
Also wanted to ask...... btw..... nVidia 6200 AGP 128 MB(non TC), FX5900 and Radeon 9550 which is the best ?

get viewsonic 19 crt. its got the best refresh rates. & its good quality.

i would have bought viewsonic myself but they were not available when i bought my samsung 19crt long back.

& i guess u should go for the 9550, its cheap & good performance.
 
I say the 5900... the 9550 is the old model.... even older than 9600. And the 9600 is threashed by 5900 but the 5900 is beaten by the 9800Pro.

I say that you go for a 6600GT AGP. Forget the older cards like 5xxx(nvidia) and 9xxx(ATI).
 
Lol, Nikhil suggesting a 6600GT in place of a 5900...

If you can spend 4k then get a 6200, for maybe 6.5k you'll get a 6600 plain which isn't a bad deal either...
 
well.... 6600GT is out of budget.........even a vanilla 6600 is out of budget.......
gimme something within 4K.......at most 4.5K
i had a look in the market....... and think... radeon 9550, Fx5900 and 6200 AGP 128 MB is within my budget.
which is the best amongst these 3 ??
what do u guys say ?? or I scrap all 3 of these look for sumthng else.......
i dont hv any prob lem with nVidia or ATi....... but i cant exceed the budget....... b'se that 19' monitor is going to make a big hole in the pocket

lol who told you a new fx5900 costs 4k. As a matter of fact it isnt available even. A 6200 128Mb will have 64bit memory which severly cripples performance. See if you can get a 256Mb 6200 with 128 bit mem interface. Also chk out the market section for some good second deals.

actually getting a second hand 5900 from a frnd ( just 6 months old) for 4000
price of 128 MB 6200 AGP and radeon 9550........ varies around 4K in market.
128bit 6200 s are not available at all.......
confused :huh: what to do...........
plz help
