2.1 speaker system at 1.5k?

Do the Creative 2.1 speaker systems have Headphone Jacks?
 
creative sbs a335 are good for movies but dont expect too much bass. they are also not very good with music
 
^^^down firing ones r not good coz try and imagine u put ur speaker/woofer facedown towards floor!!! yak they sound really bad!!!

Got it today. These have down firing sub woofer and sound atleast at par if not better than a300 which has side firing sw. Though the right satellite isnt working, just the sub woofer and left satellite is working :(

Informed Flipkart. Hoping quick resolution.

But still using and absolutely loving the half working piece of it :P

Sir, speaker and woofer are worlds apart.
 
I am confused between the AL vs2621 and Logitech z313. Not going for the brands like F&D and others, no reviews about them. Reviews about AL and Logitech are almost the same.
 
I recently got a Boston Acoustics 2.1 (MMI200) speaker system for a friend from HS18 at Rs.1100, it has a heavy Bass which was main req of my friend, it comes with a Downfiring Subwoofer but has a Bass Controller which is missing in Altec Speakers in same range also gives 15W RMS power. Overall the systems is quite good compared to other models in similar budget.

Bass is quite heavy sometimes causing widow panes to vibrate if room is smaller.

Although I am not an Audiophile nor an expert in audio sys, i found them pretty VFM.

I am going to have a look at them. But as I members here said before that down firing aren't as good.

Can you give the link, cannot find the model you specified.
 
^ The iBall Tarang 2.1 FM (older model) is a bit heavy on the bass. It's OK with the high notes, but loses quite a bit of the mid-range. Isolating the sub from the floor helped de-muddy a bit.
