price not more then 5-7k per drive depending on condition.

Have a WD 4 TB Enterprise HDD, 2 more years warranty left, used for less than 100 hours totally. slightly higher than your budget. Also one WD RED, with some 6 Mths warranty left, never serviced or RMAED @ 9750/-.
