2.5MM to 3.5MM Adapter - High Qual Availability?

Well, as the title states - any of ya'll know or use a high quality 2.5-3.5mm adapter?

I need one for my O2 Neo, so I can use my good headphones when I'm commuting etc.

I found a couple on eBay, but they're just OK quality, anyone know of good quality ones? Obviously cost isn't an issue if we're talking bout good quality stuff here.

Any info would be appreciated ^^
