In my search for a good quality NAS/Home Server/Router, I came across the following and wanted it from the get-go, looked it up online and it was not on sale anywhere in India. So I decided to import it.
Intending to sell one of the below, and keep the other for myself, i can make do with either.

Please post the temps if possible.

And after sales service? This is not something that we would replace that easily. I have the Helios4 (2 working + 1 dead) and know how much of issues are there with ASSC.

Sure, I will get that to you by EOD or early tomorrow.
I will be providing after-sales service and support - If the device dies within its warranty period you will get a replacement unit.

Please post the temps if possible.

Currently, the 2 units I have in stock are only under a 90-day warranty, but I am planning to import 100+ qty in the coming month and get a 1-year warranty from the vendor as standard.

Sorry about the delay stuck with work. I was able to test the N100 unit for the past 1.5 hours below are its results:
Idle temp - No AC - inside a rack - after 30 minutes of running and updates

The R7 5700U did fairly better, better score and much better thermals, just note that on both tests I had 1 x 10TB HDD installed in the slot which covers both RAM and SSDs. the other slot which covers the CPU fan was empty, just because I didn't have any drives to put in there.


Pricing update - I have received fresh pricing on these systems and they are going to be cheaper to procure in the next batch and also cheaper if I choose sea freight over air freight which saves Rs. 2000 per system, I have updated the pricing above to reflect this new rates, I am going to bear the difference on the current imported units if anyone wants to purchase them.

Sorry to be a bother, but can you also post temps with 2 HDDs - preferably WD Red equivalent HDDs along with the HDD temps as well.
