sure! you can get hold of a cheap PCI video card and work that way :) . also find out if your current video card has two monitor inputs or not
 
i saw a USB to VGA converter somewhere ...in some mag.....cheaper way to go...

^^^isnt it true that only gfx cards ouput ll work....the onboard ll not...

trhe gfx card ll hv to hv a dual video
 
i had seen some cheap thing that would allow u to do it ..

but it was like a whole sys together

u had 2 mouse , keyboards and monitors

you are right . that was on DIGIT or CHIP mag . that device is around 1500 bucks . a pci card is much cheaper?
 
You could get anything from an ooold PCI SiS (or is it S3?) VGA card to something a tad bit better like a GF 4 MX .

In most cases it would be better replacing your primary graphics card to one that supports dual-displays (and almost all modern-day graphics cards are capable of it). What card do you have presently?

Also what motherboard and what VGA slot do you have - PCI Express or AGP ?
