Hi,

2 x 1 GB DDR2 667 MHz SO-DIMM RAM ( Laptop RAM ) on behalf of a friend who upgraded to total 4GB RAM on 01-Jan-2012.

Both RAM modules are from different manufactures but with same speed and timings.

Hynix 1GB module

Part Number : HYMP512S64CP8-Y5

Speed and timings : 5-5-5 @ 667 MHz

Original purchase : Originally came with laptop which is around 2 years old

Warranty : No manufacture warranty but personal warranty for 7 days

Transcend 1GB module

Part Number : TS128MSQ64V6J

Specs : Welcome to Transcend Online Store

Speed and timings : 5-5-5 @ 667 MHz

Original purchase : Purchased 1 year back locally but bill is missing

Warranty : Not sure about manufacture warranty but personal warranty for 7 days

Price : INR 450 + shipping
