No CNC here. Hand cutting and filling. for bonding them together i used acrylic cement .. can buy easily at any hardware store. This plate steals the show ^
How did you cut and stick those acrylic sheets? CNC?
Thanks for more detail about the Competition you can visit http://community.thermaltake.com/index.php?/forum/77-2016-thermaltake-casemod-invitational-season-2/I wish I could like this several times over! The detailing is hardon inducing. Gadget porn at its best. Loved the build. I would also love to see what the other blokes are doing with the same! When is this due for submission? You are doing a stellar job! Where are you from? and if I may ask, what do you do for a living?
But..but how did you cut the water channel by hand?plz share this..No CNC here. Hand cutting and filling. for bonding them together i used acrylic cement .. can buy easily at any hardware store.
It's easy, draw your design or layout on acrylic sheet (use A4 size sticker sheet with layout printed on) , drill a small hole in inner perimeter, now use wire saw and slowly cut on the outline .. Finish with filling down to the required shape.But..but how did you cut the water channel by hand?plz share this..

Have you ever considered making this a business? I mean there are several companies, especially in the UK which make awesome, customised builds and sell them for a premium. I am sure there is a market for something like that, however, limited, in India too. Just a thought. I am guessing Phoenix would agree with me on this.
This here (https://www.scan.co.uk/shops/drwho/tardis) has been one of my all time favourites, even though I haven't watched a single Dr.Who episode.
I understand, but then, that is not always how a business works. You are correct about the replacement parts and all, agreed, but as far as the equipment water blocks etc are concerned, either we try and source it from there or price them higher. Like custom made bullets and harleys. I am certain there will be a niche market. I am not talking about a huuge market, but a nice one, definitely.it won't work,Been there,Planned it,
Think for 15 minutes and you will know it's a bad idea,
Multiple factors -
1)Indian component prices are too high,you can't liquid cool below a 1070 or a rx480 crossfire
Also i5 6600k and i7 6700k for processor.
These things are 70k here but 35k in U.S
plus Waterblocks are 10k extra, add to it Indian customs and we reach 15k.
This leaves No profit margin,in U.S 200 margin on a 1000 build is not a big deal.
2)Lack of overclocking,liquid cooling warranty,
If the pc leaks,I am liable to replace the parts But HOW? Buying new stuff is Not an option.
We can build a pc for ourself, because we spend months, import parts and Solve problems ourself.
I did build liquid cooling pcs for my friends n family,I am willing to help build a pc for any fellow member.
not saying it's not possible, I may be able to make some money out by making expensive pcs,but a full blown business At the movement,I don't think so.

Also, we should not be hijacking Rakesh's thread. We should discuss this elsewhere, what say?
