Yeah, 10 series cards were eligible. Going through posts on Reddit, seems the keys first ran out on June 5. It became available for more users 2 days later and ran out the same day. So it might still turn up again.

If you can only pick one, I would suggest Gathering Storm. Adds natural disasters, climate change, world congress, new leaders & civs, and more, plus game mechanics from Rise and Fall such as loyalty, governors, and golden/dark ages. The base game feels a tad bland.
