I have bought 2 MiniPCs through Olx. The first one was a Dell Optiplex 7060 with i3 9100T, 256GB EVM SATA SSD and 8 GB RAM. I got this one from a guy who had an Amazon Bill for it. The adapter provided with it was of incorrect wattage so I had to spend 3 weeks communicating and escalating with the Amazon seller for them to replace the adapter. I got that one for 8K.
The new one which I am using right now as my main system is a Lenovo M70q with an i5 10500T which I got barebones(without RAM and Storage) for around 9K. It didn't have an embedded Windows license though.
