20k phone query

Hey,
my bro wanted to buy a cell and he wanted handwriting recognition as a primary feature. Now i can get hold of an O2 XDA Stealth which is for around 30k for 17khyeah: through a deal. The other choice is an HTC around 20k. Please recommend a good phone with a decent camera, looks and handwriting recognition.

stealth aint good at all.ur better off buying an atom exec or atom life or htc touch..have a look at few of the imates too..
