24'' LED TV under 20k

Hello ,

I am Planning to buy 24" or 26'' LED TV in the range of 15-20k.

I have seen below two models.

Panasonic TH-L24X5D LED 24 inches Full HD Television vs Sony KLV-24EX430 LED 24 inches Full HD Television: Compare Televisions: Flipkart.com

1. Panasonic TH-L24X5D LED 24'' Full HD(15,889rs)
2. Sony KLV-24EX430 LED 24'' Full HD(17889rs)

Please tell me the better one or about other models .

Okay I will consider , any more suggestions guys ? I consider this forum is the best to ask about electronics stuff but after seeing no response .
it is worst experience
