240v to 120v....how?

Now when we talk about rotary tool, is it a drill machine or something? if it is then the motor will require a short burst of high current. Secondly it could have implication on the 50HZ vs 60HZ as well.

Its just my guess though..

i am getting the 250W for 1000 RS ,

i recommend getting it from local shops , you can get one for 1900-2500
