256 worth it

i just got my 128 connection for 1000 rupee a month

(previous was 64 @ 2000 a month)

now the debate is, should i go for the double @

256 @ 2000 a month

in other ways, i am asking for your help, as to what exactly can be done with a 256 that a 128 cant do

here are current arguments

1)winamp video streaming
2) legal streaming p***
3) movies, games, tv, music, softwares. - ( ;) legal ofcource, legal in indian terms)

what else, please enlighten me with wisdom
 
why u need 256 for p*** ?
I enjoy in my town with 56k connection . Also u borrow from friends.
with that extra 1k monthly try for real girl.
 
well you should be able to see something like 10KBps difference in your download speeds.
It s hould be around 22-25KBps with 256K connection.
Its well worth but 256K @ 2000 seems little steep. But hey if its unlimited download then you can put it to good use.
Download stuff, host game servers, watch streaming video and audio. There are tons of free online radio and tv channels.
Its your money afterall so its upto you. In my book faster=better.
 
If you have the money go for it.

Im happy with 40 kbps unlimited BROADBAND connection. :(
 
Iqura speeds and pings rox, if only they were priced decently, that wud be great..
 
isps may be upgrading accounts from 128 to 256 soon. Atleast rumour has it that touchtel/airtel are doing it 1st week of june. Guessing its because the 256+ = broadband rule is finally being implemented.
