256kbps Connection required urgently

I am using hathway broadband 256kbps speed @ 750+s.t
which is expensive for me.
Can anyone suggest me a vfm broadband service & 256kbps speed
without any modem/installation charges.
Bcoz i cannot afford that.
Tata is charging 750 for 256kbps without any modem or installation charges.
Should i go for or is there any other service
i stay in versova andheri west
 
if you stay there the best ones will be Hathway or tikona or nivyah try any of these as of now they are the cheapest also you might have to check with your cable operator
