Video 26 inch lcd TV querry

Guys ma budget is 30k ...stretchable but not by a very big margin

My friend just got a Videocon 32 inch lcd TV for 32k under exchange for his 19 inch CRT

And i just checked out ...a Samsung 26 inch under exchage for my 21 inch onida TV for Rs35k

Is it any good going for Samsung considering i will pay close to 5k extra for a smaller screen..???

Is there any other option ....???

My priorities are in decreasing order of importance

1.After Sales Service

2.Picture Quality and Durability

3.Technology
 
Goto a good store and check out some other brands like Philips, Panasonic Sharp etc. These are all very reputed manufacturers and see what the PQ difference is as compared to Samsung/Sony. Make sure its playing the same source.

Trust me some of these panels are as good as Sony/Samsung, and you can get Panny/Philips 32" LCD's for under 45k without any exchange.

but those philips 32" under 45k doesnt have any HDMI port.
with HDMI and pixel plus it costs around 60k.
