@chiragsthakur, Will the key for NIS 2012 work with NIS 2013? if yes then make 1 license Confirmed (instead of 2 make it 1 because my friend wants only 2013, the one is for me#confirmed), you can decide where to order from? I'm in if we can upgrade from 2012 to 2013

Yup its the same link. 2012 key works on 2013. You wont have any issues.
