2nd Hand Config

Hi guys,

One of my friends got an offer to buy a second hand rig for 25k. It has been used for a year. Just wanted to check if its a good buy or not. I am listing the specs exactly as I have received them, word by word:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 (OCed to 2.8 Ghz, assuming its on stock cooler)
Asus P5Q Mobo
Kingston 6GB DDR2 Ram @ 800Mhz
ATI Radeon HD 4890 1 GB (No idea about brand)
Seagate 500 GB SATA HDD
CoolerMaster 500W PSU (No idea whether RP or EP)
Cabinet model or make not mentioned
Samsung 22" LCD (Model has not been mentioned but is full HD as 1920 x 1080 res is mentioned)
Creative 5.1 Speaker set with Sound blaster Audigy 5.1

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I dont think we can get all of this for 25k first hand right? Thx for the inputs
