ur local electrician's shop or Lammy
should be around 30 bucks. Check the wire b4 paying. carry ur walkman or compatible mobile phone
 
check with Champion Rubber at Lamington road, they may not have short lengths as shown by you, but I have bought a 1 meter size similar cable from them.

I checked in lamington, but couldnt find small ones as shown in the pic.

I did checked with champion rubber, they didnt even had the long one at that time.

Just a thought - as a last resort you could buy the mini stereo plugs and sockets as well as the wire (Champion may have all these) and make your own cable. If you are like me and you too have 10 thumbs then ask someone to make it for you. :)

I got a cable made in Lamington road with parts I had bought by a small shop in a side gully a while back, they did a decent job.
