3 basic phones within budget of 10 thousand total

Need 3 mobiles .2 for senior citizen parents with good display ,fm radio(can be played without headphone) and also torch ,easily long lasting(doesnt get damaged easily like old nokia 2100 generations).Also if mobile tracking and long battery life possible that will be cherry on the cake.

Also i need similar fone with long lasting battery as main need.Camera if not present still will do as it will be purely call receive and do mobile.Even non gprs supporting mobile -non wifi supporting will do but battery must last at-least 7 days or more without charging and have good talktime.

Also all mobiles must have keypad.Please no touch interface as in extreme conditions wet hands touch doesnt work.

Nokia X2-02 - Full phone specifications
If you are willing to compromise with no torch then the Nokia X2-02 is a very good option with a good display for a 3k phone. It also has wireless FM and FM recording.
Costs ~3k-3.25k. It has dual SIM slots but you can anyways use it with just one SIM.

Another option seems to be the Samsung E2252. It has a torch but not sure whether it has a built in FM or you need headphones to play FM.
But the screen resolution is poor compared to the Nokia X2-02.

Thanks for the options.

But any options about high battery life model.I know there are some in lava or something.But its not easy to find in metros.
