There would not be any problem... Any one phase can go to your inverter while you use that phase normally also & then inverter wire can go to each Switch Board, from where it will be connected to the Fan + Light switches after removing the original phase current (wire) for these switches inside the switch box.....

This is how inverter is connected. single phase three phase does not matter...
