Bro if you are not willing to give me a refund on the Dark Souls copy which was NOT working atleast you can ship the Disk back so I have something of my moneys worth with me.
 
paraskhosla - keeping this thread open only till the issue with Dark Souls is sorted. The pics you've posted do not conform to the rules - even in case of a sealed copy, it is mandatory to post a picture of the "seal"

Mods please look into this and feel free to browse my PM history. Paras has not been replying to my PM's since more than a couple of days. I am still unable to play the game (contacted steam/live/namco bandai/flipkart).
 
PARAS please respond to my PM's or I will be forced to take a strong action. You have taken 1.1k from me for a Game DVD which is now lying with you.
